Frigidaire lower oven element not working

All of a sudden my lower oven element is out. Everything shows good on the panel and everything works. Turn on the oven, the fan starts, but not heat. Broiler does work, my only guess is the oven control board. The element is OK.

If the top burners work okay, the heating element has continuity, and there are no burned or broken wires then it would have to be the control board that is bad.
