Lower bake element stopped working

The lower bake element stopped working. The strange part is that everything else functions normally. Even when I put the oven on self clean, the lower element works. Any ideas ?

Yes it comes on, but when I try and set a temperature to bake with nothing happens.

It sounds like the control board is most likely bad. I would first test the oven temperature sensor, if that tests good then I would replace the control board. The control board is what controls and sends power to the bake element. Since the element works during the clean cycle we know that the element and wiring to the element is good. Let me know what you find.
