Do you have a multimeter if so go to Volts a go to the power outlet and test the neutral and one hot you should have 120volts the n test both hot legs you should have 240volts.
If you have that is correct take off the panel on the back where the power cord enters you should see 3 lines attached with screws the middle is the neutral and the two out side ones are hot. Test each hot with the neutral you should get 120volts then test the two hot wires you should get 240Vac.
If you don't get the 240volts at the power outlet then that outlet is bad somewhere
If the 240volts are not there on the back of the unit then that power cord could be bad
Yes, check the power supply to the dryer it should be approx 240v. If the power supply is good, then you could have a bad control board.

Plug is good. I replaced the thermal fuse, had power but no heat, then I replaced the heating element, still no heat!!! Any suggestions?!?

I do have power now after changing out the thermal fuse. But now there is power and dryer turns on and runs, just without heat. So we changed heating element, still no heat.... Any suggestions?
I would check all of the fuses and thermostats for continuity. If they are all good and the dryer has power, then you could have a bad main control board.
