Dryer won’t heat. Everything seems to be functioning properly. I changed heating element and all sensors. Still no heat. Checked the voltage coming to the dryer and I’m getting the full 240. No lint in the lines or filter. What steps should I take from here?

check outlet/ breaker first…. then terminal block on cord, then its the high limit on blower assembly or control board the high limit kills everything had one last week ink pen jammed blower wheel and tripped it
