Ice maker is not freezing the ice. I ran the GE diagnostic and it cycles and fills with water, but does not freeze. Ran temperature test on 2 fan areas that connect when the door is closed and one tested at 10 degrees and the other [on top] tested at 40 degrees. I read where ther are 2 fans that are supposed to draw the cold air up to freeze, but I have not idea how to access or where they are located. Any help out there?
