We recently just moved so we bought a washer/dryer pair. I'm new to this - so it could be an easy fix or maybe I'm just not familiar with all these settings. I haven't had a washer/dryer in YEARS. but i've noticed that unless I choose the "normal" drying cycle, others seem to stop mid cycle? Granted, I haven't tried all of the settings. But the few I've tried - Bedding, Delicates, Heavy Duty, etc., all seem to stop. At first I thought maybe the time was going by faster than I'd thought, or because I was choosing special options like "delicates" or "bedding" that it just maybe doesn't dry them completely? But last night, the Heavy Duty cycle ran for maybe 4 minutes? It did the end chime, as if the cycle was complete. But I knew it wasn't complete. I attempted to restart, assuming, again, that maybe it was me and this new appliance not getting along. But, no. I hit heavy duty again. upped the drying option. and by the time I made my kid a bottle the chime went off again. Am I missing something?! HELP!
