samsung drain pump motor

is part # dc31-00054a liquid cooled? i pulled the motor off of pump assay and shook it and it sloshed.

No there should not be any water/liquid inside the drain pump motor. If there is, then the seals in the pump are bad and you will need to replace the drain pump motor. The pump motor itself is not serviceable.
