I have a Samsung RF4267HARS/XAA french door refrigerator that was made in April 2011. The ice maker (model # DA97-07365A) suddenly stopped working. Meaning, it stopped making ice. I’ve tried resetting it by pushing the test button, but doesn’t correct the issue. When I press the reset button, I get two quick chimes, but don’t see or hear any movement in the ice machine or any water running. There is no ice block, and the ice tray is dry as a bone. Up until a few days ago, the ice machine has been working flawlessly. It still dispenses water. I can’t determine if it’s the ice machine or the water inlet valve. I’m looking for any advice/ recommendations. Thanks in advance for your help.
