To start with, here's what I've done....

Powerwise:
Checked the Breaker - Not Tripped
Checked the GFCI outlets - All have been confirmed operational and functioning correctly
The breaker to the dishwasher has been turned off insuring no power is going to the dishwasher for an hour, allowing any electrical to be drained from components allowing any component to "Reset."

The outlet (under the counter within a cabinet) is shared with powering the garbage disposal and both plug receptacles are receiving power.

The Dishwasher is not receiving power (there are no lights eliminated on the control panel (door open or closed and locked).

Consulting with GE Parts Department, I'm told there are no fuses between the power cord and the main control boards (design flaw in my opinion) that could have been blown. GE Parts is suggesting the two main control boards should be replaced. (see link below)

Before I spend the $179.00 (or proactively search for a lower cost for these boards) can you offer any other diagnostical advice or solutions?

Thank you in advance for your potential advice or solutions.
