I have a Samsung French Door refrigerator model Rf267aers and I'm currently having an issue with the Ice maker not making ice. When I pressed the test button the ice maker went through its cycle and filled with water. After 8 running, I removed the ice maker and the tray was still filled with water. What I believe is happening is the ice maker room temperature is too warm at 37 degrees and I feel no cold air blowing from the rear of the ice maker on to the tray. Both the freezer and refrigerator are both cooling at -2 and 38. I have checked the freezer, no freezing up of the evaporator coils and both freezer fans seem to be running normally. I also checked for ice blockages both at the freezer air shoot as well as behind the ice maker auger motor. The only thing that makes sense is that the air shoot is blocked but as far as I can see, it isnÂ’t. Can anyone help!
