Samsung Front Load 3E2 Code

Need some assistance. I’ve been throwing code 3E2, the washing machine will fill and drain properly, but won’t spin. It will attempt to spin, but won’t do it.

Here’s everything I’ve done so far with no luck of getting the washer to spin. Could use some advice as I can’t keep dumping money into the washer.

-drum spins freely with no effort, haven’t taken it a part to look for any blockage for the solo reason it spins freely

-replaced the Motor rotor position sensor that sits on the Stator. Both new and old read 11.9 ohms.
****is there a way to test just the stator itself?******

-I replaced the washer electronic control board

-The Inverter Board according to the manual is suppose to read 5v out of one of the pins which it is. Also there’s a little green light that’s on, don’t know if that’s relevant.
