Hello, my Fisher Paykel dryer has been making a loud, high-pitched screeching noise. I replaced the drum bearing and that made no improvement. Now I'm wondering if it's the idler pulleys, but I don't want to keep replacing parts unless I can definitively identify the noise. I have taken it apart enough to examine the dryer belt, which looks fine. The noise is coming from somewhere close to the idler pulleys and sounds metallic in nature but how can I be sure?
