Frigidaire microwave not heating up + making some noise.....diode?

Went to heat up breakfast Saturday morning, and my six year old builder spec microwave had a slightly different than normal noise. It also did not create any heat.

Quick google search advises to check the diode first via your favorite youtube video, however thought I'd ask here as well.
