Galanz 10 cu ft Fridge / Freezer

Greetings Group,
I have a dilemma. I have a 10 cuft Galanz fridge/freezer that I bought from Home Depot. Its about 3 years old and it is one of those retro ones. The fridge is right at about 36 degrees F consistently. THe freezer on the other hand varies from -20 to 20. Talking to Galanz America, they now claim they don't support this appliance? It' odd, so now I am on my own.
I think it may be a function of the condenser fan? It seems that the few time that I have opened the freezer and the fan is running, its at the -20 temp other times the higher end. Does anybody know why that this is happening?

It sounds like a throw away unit that they don't sell parts for.
