Hey hey, looking for some diagnostic help so I don't waste money buying random parts trying to fix this issue.

So about a month ago I noticed my oven is having heating issues. Sometimes it'll work 100% as intended. Other times, however, it will heat to roughly 250 and struggle to go over that. Sometimes it'll heat no problem but then after putting the food in the oven it'll lose heat, not tell you (update the temperatue) and not reheat, causing the food to undercook (only after turning the oven off, then setting the bake temp again will it update the temperaute and start heating again, or struggle trying to heat again).

I tested the themostate and got 1138 ohms.
I tested both elements and got roughly 17 and 18 ohms and 242-244v when the oven was on.
I even tested the oven door switch and that was working fine.

Can anyone help?
