Hi everyone,
I’ve been having an issue with my GE Profile Microwave (Model# PVM9005SJ5SS) for about a month. The keypad started working intermittently—whenever it stopped responding, I would open and close the door a few times, which seemed to get it working again temporarily. However, starting yesterday, the keypad has stopped working completely.
I disassembled the door, cleaned everything up, and checked all the connections to the display board and main control board were secure. The LED display is still on, but the keypad remains unresponsive.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on what might be the cause? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance!
