[FIXED] samsung dryer blowing cold air

    Model Number: DV337AEG/XAA
    Brand: Samsung
    Age: More than 10 years

Hi. My Samsung dryer DV337AEG/XAA is blowing cold air.I have replaced the heater element and it is getting hot. I have also replaced DC32-00007A Dryer Thermistor, DC47-00016A Dryer Thermal Cut-Off Thermostat, DC47-00018A Dryer High-Limit Thermostat. the continuity checks are all good. I also checked the voltage in to the dryer and the cord.
    Any one have any suggestions?

How do you know that the heating element is getting hot? If the heating element is working, the dryer should not be blowing cold air.

I could see the element glowing orange, and feel the heat common off of it. I waited 5 min, it was still blowing cold out the back of the dryer

We must be overlooking something. Is the door of the dryer closed when you are testing it? And, is the motor and drum turning?

yes the door is closed, and the drum is turning. I was wondering if maybe there was something in the control panel ? I haven't been able to find a schematic.

Are you sure the heating element continues to glow orange even when you are at the back of the dryer checking the air flow? If the element is glowing orange, you should have heating coming out of the dryer.

In a dryer, the blower wheel is the single source of air movement, drawing in air over the heating element, circulating it through the drum, and expelling the hot, moist air out through the exhaust vent. Have you confirmed that the blower wheel is working properly and all of the seals around the air ducts and door are in good condition?

I think the issue might be that you used DC47-00016A Blower Thermal Fuse, when you actually are needing DC96-00887C Heating Element Thermal Fuse. These two fuses have different temperature ratings, so they cannot be used interchangeably.
