Electrolux Washer Makes Loud Banging Noise

My Electrolux LuxCare (EFLS627UTT0) make a loud banging noise and shakes when it is on a low spin, but not on a fast spin. There is no leaking water, the cycles complete fine, and the clothes are clean. It's just the loud banging noise and shaking. I think it might be a bearing but I wanted to get some other thoughts and ideas on what it could be and how to fix it.

Does the washer make the same noise if you run the washer empty?

It doesn't do it when I run an empty load or super light load like a couple of pillow cases. Only when there is medium to full load. I also noticed that the drum has a lot of play when I push or pull on it - i read it should be firm, but not sure if that is accurate.

I think the spider arm on the back of the inner basket might be broken. Google search images for "washer broken spider arm" to see what I am referring to. This is a difficult problem to diagnose without taking the washer apart. But, you can sometimes try moving the innner basket and if there is play in it, then it is broken. This type of repair is expensive and difficult to perform. Depending on your skill level, it might be best to replace the washer.

Electrolux doesn't sell the spider arm separately, it is sold as part of the Spin Basket Assembly here:
