Sometimes half of the heater coils will look more orange than the others because they are getting more air drawn across them. But, a shorted element could cause only part of the coils to heat up. Test the element as shown in the video below.

I took it out inspected the coils and they look good. Tested for continuity and was good. Tested ohms and it was 21-22 for both. And there was no shorting either. I’m so lost haha
Which part number control board did you replace?
