The dryer is making a squeaking noise when it first starts up but eventually stops. IF I am going to open the dryer up I want to buy all parts that may go bad and start squeaking again.
Are these all the parts I need?

Your list of parts looks correct to me. The only other thing that I can think of that can make a squeaking noise is the motor, but that is not very common to fail and squeak. Let me know how the repair goes and what you find.
